Images and color work

Images you choose, drop, or paste are decoded and analyzed in your browser. They are not uploaded to a UI Color Picker image-processing server. The built-in sample image is served from this site. Picked-color history stays in the current page session and is not saved to browser storage.

Browser storage

We use local storage to remember your light or dark theme. If Google Analytics is configured, we also store your analytics choice locally so you do not have to answer on every visit. You can clear these preferences through your browser settings.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is disabled unless this site has a GA4 measurement ID configured and you choose “Allow analytics.” Before that choice, this site does not request the Google Analytics tag. If enabled, the tag receives page-view details such as page URL, title, and referrer, and may process device/browser information and set analytics cookies. We do not send your image files or picked colors as analytics events. Advertising personalization signals are disabled in our tag configuration.

You can decline or change your choice in the Cookie Policy. If you revoke consent, the site disables the tag, attempts to clear its first-party analytics cookies, and reloads without loading it again.

Contact and hosting

There is no contact form. If you email us, we receive the address and message you send. Our hosting provider may process standard request data, such as IP address, browser details, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the site.
